Time: 10am- 16:00pm

Day 1 focuses on getting to know your way around the BERNINA 990, including an overview of the controls, settings, and navigation. You’ll explore the machine’s full range of sewing functions, understanding what it is capable of and how to get the best from its features.

Day 2 is dedicated to the embroidery side of the machine. You’ll learn how to use the built-in embroidery stitches, work with BISR (BERNINA Integrated Stitch Regulator), and become familiar with attaching and using the embroidery module. This day is all about developing your confidence with the embroidery functions and creative possibilities of the 990.

Please bring your own machine if possible. If you are unable to do so, you are welcome to observe using ours and take notes.

We will provide fabric, backings, and threads for the workshop. However, you are very welcome to bring your own materials if you would like to work on something specific.

Our showroom is just minutes from the A1 at Melmerby. We have free on-site parking and full disabled access. There is also a brilliant cafe on site.
