The programmable needle up/down function allows you to choose whether the needle stops in the raised position or remains in the fabric. Keeping the needle down is especially useful when pivoting around corners, following curves or repositioning fabric, helping you maintain accuracy throughout your project.

With a maximum sewing speed of 1,000 spm, the Atelier 5 can work efficiently through longer seams. The adjustable speed controller lets you slow down for detailed sewing and gives you more confidence on intricate sections.

The built-in lock stitch function helps secure your stitches. It creates a neat finish without repeated reverse stitching.

For additional fabric control, the Atelier 5 comes with a knee lifter included as standard. This allows you to raise and lower the presser foot using your knee, keeping both hands available to guide and reposition fabric.

The machine also has a variable zigzag function you can use with the foot control. It lets you adjust your stitching while sewing.
